Richard Keyser

Richard Keyser joined Toll Brothers in 1998 and oversees its venture into student housing development within Toll Brothers Campus Living. He is responsible for sourcing student housing opportunities, steering those opportunities through municipal approval, and managing the development process. Prior to his responsibilities with Toll Brothers Campus Living, he was responsible for the development and management of Toll Brothers’ retail and office portfolio.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, an MBA from American University, and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics.
