Will Chappell is responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of development and construction in the Atlanta market. This involves leading internal and external project teams through the entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and lease-up phases while managing divisional processes, overseeing due diligence efforts, project finances, and execution strategies.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2019, Will spent 15 years with Wood Partners serving as Partner and Regional Director of the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions while handling the Third-Party Construction Division. Will has also worked on projects throughout the southeast, mid-Atlantic, and western parts of the United States with an extensive presence in high-rise and multifamily projects. Previously, he spent more than 15 years in the construction industry for Lend Lease and other companies.

Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Science under the School of Architecture from Auburn University.
