Michael McCann leads development and acquisition for Toll Brothers Apartment Living in Southern California. He is responsible for all aspects of acquisition, disposition, development, and construction management for projects throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2016, Michael served as Development Director for the Southern California Division of Alliance Residential. In his previous roles, Michael was responsible for all activities related to the acquisition, entitlement, and design of new residential communities throughout Southern California. Such communities included a broad range of development opportunities, from high-density urban infill to large suburban master plans.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at UCLA and a MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
