Ketan Joshi is responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of the development and construction for communities in New England. This involves managing the overall development process by serving as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders for entitlement, financing, construction, and lease-up phases.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2019, Ketan was Vice President of Preconstruction at EMJ Construction where he was equally responsible for the region’s overall success and profitability. In this role, Ketan mentored through servant leadership and pragmatic management while also participating in business development and developing new strategic partnerships. Previously Ketan held preconstruction roles in the New England area with Gilbane, Dellbrook, and JPI.

Ketan earned a master’s degree in Construction Management from Virginia Tech. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.
