Ed Zoller works with all regional teams to facilitate the relationship between the general contractors, architects, third-party consultants, and site contractors. His responsibility is to ensure Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s products are built according to plans, specifications, and Toll Brothers Apartment Living standards. In addition, Ed works with the property management and maintenance teams of established communities.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2014, Ed worked for The Klein Company as a Project Manager and Pulte Homes as an Area Construction Manager.

Ed earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Central Florida. In addition, Ed spent two years in the Industrial Construction Management program at Colorado State University.
