Doug Smythe is responsible for the acquisition of Campus Living development sites across the U.S. Doug has been responsible for various aspects of the land acquisition, underwriting, and approvals for six projects built or in the pipeline, including projects at Penn State, Arizona State, Florida International University, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, and the University of Central Florida, totaling more than 1,500 units with nearly 5,000 beds.

Doug joined Toll Brothers Campus Living in 2017 after completing his MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Legal Studies from Williams College.
