David Sands leads internal and external project teams through the entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and lease-up phases of luxury multifamily developments in the New York and Connecticut regions. David joined Toll Brothers Apartment Living as a project manager leading day-to-day project execution and is now responsible for management of divisional processes, oversight of due diligence efforts, project finances, and execution strategies of multiple projects.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2016, David worked as a project manager for Toll Brothers’ homebuilding operations where he managed all facets of residential developments in Connecticut.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College and a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University.
