Cory Bachstein is responsible for the selection, acquisition, entitlement, and development of multifamily and mixed-use development sites in North and South Carolina, including Raleigh, Charlotte, and Charleston.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2018, Cory served as a Corporate Development Manager for multiple publicly-traded and private-equity owned companies, leading various lower-middle-market bolt-on acquisitions aggregating $200 million in value. Previously, Cory served as an Investment Banking Analyst with Fairmount Partners, closing multiple buy-and-sell side acquisitions in a variety of industries with enterprise values ranging from $10 million to $100 million.

Cory earned a Bachelor of Science and MBA in Finance from Duquesne University, graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors while playing for Duquesne’s Division I Men’s Soccer program.
