Chris Bernot is responsible for expanding the company’s hospitality investment platform nationally by developing ground-up, free-standing hotels, as well as integrating hotels in a mixed-use environment with Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Toll Brothers City Living, and Toll Brothers Homebuilding divisions. Additionally, Chris is responsible for asset management support for the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and the entire Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Toll Golf portfolios.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2020, Chris was a Director at Tishman Realty Corporation where he was responsible for all aspects of acquisitions and development including financing, capital raising, re-zoning, and entitlement. Working across asset classes but with a predominant focus on hospitality and mixed-use projects, he focused on complex and highly-structured transactions in major metropolitan markets across the US. His investment experience spans from ground-up development to portfolio acquisitions.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration and Real Estate Minor from Cornell University.
