Terry Moody is a seasoned marketing and technology leader with over 17 years of demonstrated experience in developing efficient and scalable approaches for advancing innovation. Terry oversees all aspects of marketing for the Toll Brothers Apartment Living and its national rental portfolio, including branding, communications, digital strategy, and performance marketing. He is also responsible for the division’s technology and analytics infrastructure. Terry’s wide-ranging multifamily real estate experience includes a proven track record of leading advancements in technology, analytics, and marketing strategy.
Terry rejoined Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2023 from the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he was responsible for marketing technology and supporting marketing platforms focused on direct-to-consumer products, including the NBA app and NBA League Pass. His previous experience includes the development of direct-response, lead-generation, and e-commerce models, with a focus on data-led strategy and scalability, as well as leadership of both in-house and agency-supported team structures.
Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from King’s College. He has been recognized for his industry expertise and is a frequent speaker on panels at multifamily industry conferences, offering insights on marketing innovation and technology strategy.
